Dreamy is a digital platform providing self-improvement tools, AI-assisted coaching, and reflection tracking. Our AI features are intended for personal development and self-reflection purposes only.
Premium features are available via monthly or yearly subscriptions. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments until you cancel your subscription. As we operate a web-first model, all billing and subscription management must be handled directly through our web-based billing portal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through our web-based account management portal. Your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. We generally do not provide refunds for partial months or years of service. If you believe there was an error in billing, please contact our support team.
The Dreamy platform, including all design, text, graphics, logos, and AI-generated coaching prompts, is the property of Dreamy and is protected by international copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to: use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Dreamy platform; use the AI coaching features to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, or harassing; or share your account credentials with third parties.
Your dreams, goals, and reflections are private. We are committed to protecting your data and will never share your personal reflections with third parties, except as required by law or to provide the functionality of our services.
The AI coaching provided by Dreamy is for informational and self-reflection purposes only. It is not professional therapy, medical advice, or psychological counseling. We are not responsible for any actions taken based on our AI's suggestions. Dreamy is provided "as is" and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of Dreamy after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
