Content you create: dreams, goals, tasks, beliefs, gratitude entries, mood check-ins, visualizations, and conversations with the AI coach. Usage data: how you interact with the app, device information, and approximate location derived from IP. Marketing data: email engagement and preferences, used to send you relevant communications.
To provide and personalize the service, including AI-assisted coaching that reads your reflections to offer guidance tailored to your journey. To operate subscriptions and process payments securely through Stripe. To send transactional emails, daily reminders, and — with your consent — marketing communications. To improve our features, ensure security, and comply with legal obligations.
Your conversations with the AI coach and the reflections you enter are used to generate personalized guidance. This content stays associated with your account and is never sold or shared with third parties. AI outputs are intended for self-reflection only and are not professional advice.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted processors that help us operate the service — such as Stripe for payments, our email and marketing providers, and analytics tools — under agreements that protect your information.
